Aluminum Billet Cutting Saw

Both ends of the logs are cut automatically by the laser measuring system without bending the logs. Cutting length can be adjusted with a laser measuring system. The saw works synchronously with the PLC automation system. There is a magazine system that will automatically feed the log to the saw, an automatic unloading system, a sawdust collection bucket and a sawdust disposal conveyor.

It is used to cut aluminum billets from 4” to 12” in diameter before extrusion to prevent scrap formation.
