Aluminum Melting Furnaces; It can be manufactured in any tonnage between 4 tons and 60 tons. It can be designed with tilting or optional plug. In order to avoid heat leakage problems, the opening and closing of the loading doors are provided by reducer systems, not hydraulic or pneumatic. The combustion system can be regenerative or cold-burning. Our ovens can be operated with LPG, LNG or NG. Our ovens are manufactured with hydraulic tilting suitable for high temperature operation and are PLC controlled. Oven dimensions and capacity are determined according to customer needs.
